Care for Change. is a support living company that is based in London. The organisation is committed to providing a supported living housing option in which residents will receive assistance with activities of daily life in a comfortable, home-like environment.
Staffing and Training: Our Staff are selected for their reliability, professionalism, and caring nature. Staff training covers key areas such as safeguarding, health and safety, mental capacity, and modern care practices. We also offer external training to ensure staff are equipped to meet the needs of service users.
Management
Management oversight:
Nominated individual Ghulam Awan with over 4 years of experience in Adult Nursing and supported living. Mr Awan transitioned from Nursing during the pandemic to managing supported living accommodations. He holds numerous qualification in areas such as safeguarding, medication management, and handling challenging behaviours.
